Beverly Hills Cosmetic Dentist: Porcelain Veneers & Smile Makeovers

Most practices that market to Beverly Hills patients are asking them to travel. That's not the case here. Genesis is on Beverly Boulevard at the western edge of West Hollywood, directly on the border with Beverly Hills. Doheny Drive is the city line, and my office is a few minutes from it on the same road. For most patients coming from Beverly Hills, this isn't a trip across town. It's a short drive through the neighborhood.

That proximity matters less than the work, of course. But it does mean Beverly Hills patients have easy access to a level of cosmetic dentistry that typically requires driving to a more visible address and paying for the zip code along with the care.

What Beverly Hills patients expect from cosmetic dentistry

Beverly Hills has a particular relationship with cosmetic work of all kinds. It's a community where aesthetic standards are high, where people have generally seen excellent work and poor work, and where the difference between the two is understood intuitively even when it isn't articulated. Patients who come to me from Beverly Hills tend to know exactly what they want: results that are refined, not obvious. A smile that fits their face rather than replaces it.

That expectation aligns closely with how I approach every case. The goal isn't the whitest possible result or the most symmetrical possible arch. It's the most natural, most proportionate, most specifically right result for the individual. Beverly Hills patients arrive with a high brief, and that's exactly the brief I want to work from.

The most common requests from Beverly Hills patients

Porcelain veneers are the most frequent request. At this level, patients are often looking for refinement rather than transformation: correcting subtle asymmetries, addressing wear or staining that bothers them even if no one else notices, or improving proportion in a way that makes the smile feel more intentional. I custom-fabricate every set to match the individual's natural variation in shade and translucency. There's no standard Beverly Hills veneer. There's only what's right for the person in the chair.

Smile makeovers are common among patients at life transitions, and Beverly Hills has no shortage of those: significant birthdays, career changes, high-visibility events, or simply a point where a patient decides they want to address something they've been aware of for years. The process is deliberate. We plan the result digitally before any irreversible steps are taken, so there are no surprises at delivery.

For patients with more complex needs, including functional issues, significant wear, or structural damage alongside cosmetic concerns, full mouth reconstruction brings everything into alignment at once. These cases take longer and require more planning, but they tend to produce the most complete and lasting results.

The practice model: boutique by design

Genesis is not a high-volume practice. I see a limited number of patients and work directly with each one throughout the entire process, from the initial consultation through delivery of the final restorations. There's no associate handling part of the case. There's no coordinator standing in for the conversation you should be having with your dentist.

Beverly Hills patients are often accustomed to this model in other areas of their lives, working with specialists who give their cases direct, sustained attention. That's how Genesis operates. The boutique structure isn't a marketing term here. It reflects how I can actually deliver the quality of work I'm trained to do.

My training background

I completed my DDS at the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC in 2007 and have pursued advanced training in cosmetic and restorative dentistry through programs including the Hürzeler/Zuhr Academy in Munich, one of the most technically demanding CE programs in the field. Before opening Genesis, I was co-owner and founding partner of Apa Aesthetic Los Angeles, a practice known for high-end cosmetic work. The standards I built there are the standards I carry here.
